Overview
The following documents were compiled by the Forensic Special Populations Work Group for the Reinvestment and Restructuring Initiatives of the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services. The work group included representatives from numerous Virginia criminal justice agencies, mental health agencies, private agencies, and Community Service Boards (CSBs).
These documents are provided as a joint initiative between the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services and the Institute of Law, Psychiatry and Public Policy.
