Developments in Mental Health Law

Developments in Mental Health Law is peer reviewed and published by the Institute of Law, Psychiatry & Public Policy (ILPPP) with the support of funds from the Virginia Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services.  The opinions expressed in this publication do not necessarily represent the official position of either the ILPPP or the Department.

Developments in Mental Health Law is distributed twice annually and free of charge to Virginia residents and at an annual rate of $50 to out-of-state and $75 to institutional subscribers.  If you are not on our mailing list but would like to receive this publication, please send your name and address with your subscription request to ILPPP, P.O.
